Return & Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges on orders within Pakistan. All shipping costs to send back exchanges are incurred on the customer. Once we receive your exchange, a replacement will be shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and Holidays) if the desired product is in stock. Shoes must be in original condition (not worn outside) and must have all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to our warehouse. We recommend that you ship via TCS or DHL or Leopards which gives you a tracking number.
Refund of Shipping Costs
We are unable to provide a shipping refund for returned items. In the event there is a defect in the shoe, please email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund all delivery charges and send out a replacement free of charge.
